actions which have recently finished without direct information of the subject.

sentences where all the above criteria match. But how is this possible? This is
possible with Present Perfect Passive Voice. All you have to do is
understanding the need of sentences.
We can also hold our problem within a limit of Definition.
Definition of Present Perfect Passive Voice
An action that shows a recently finished or completed action at present in absence of a direct-action doer (Subject) is known as Present Perfect Passive Voice.
Example-
The movie has been launched.
Dogs have been fed.
Both sentences are examples
of Present Perfect Passive Voice.
