Tenses basically
refer to the time. At what time, you are indicating your sentences that are made or written
or spoken on the basis of tenses.
Tenses are categorized
into three forms named as Present, Past and Future, and each part is divided into four types
named as Indefinite, Continuous, Perfect and Perfect Continuous.

Present— It defines the current time or the time
which is going on. In Hindi, present means vartamaan (वर्तमान). Present tense helps to express all
the English sentences which shows current time or make sense being in present.
Past— It defines the previous time or the time which was going on. In Hindi, past
means ateet (अतीत).
Past tense helps to express all the English sentences which shows previous time
or make sense being in past.
Future— It defines the upcoming time or the time which will come. In Hindi, future
means bhavishy (भविष्य). Future tense helps to express all the English sentences
which shows upcoming time or make sense being in future.
