Past Perfect Continuous Tense is the uninterrupted part of tenses. This tense aids us to know the work or action running or in the process of completion in the past with respect to some time. Past Perfect Continuous is used to describe the feeling the same as present Perfect Continuous but the only difference is time. Past Perfect Continuous is obviously stating to Past.

To express an action that began before a certain point of time in the past and continued up to that time.
